Points can be redeemed for rewards exclusively through web and app orders. Just choose your reward at checkout via Redeem Freebie option, you should have item added to the cart and eligibility met. Currently we are not allowing redemption in dine in orders, but will earn points for the spend.
We have three levels: Brew Explorer (no minimum spend), Hop Hero ($1500+ spend/year), and Craft Beer Connoisseur ($3000+ spend/year). The status will downgrade if the spend is not maintained in following year after status upgrade
Yes, Points expire after 180 days, if they are unused or the account is inactive.
Brew Explorer earns 10 points per $1.
Hop Hero earns 11 points per $1.
Craft Beer Connoisseur earns 12 points per $1.
Points can be redeemed for various rewards like appetizers, burgers and entrees. Each reward requires a different points total. You can see these point totals in the Rewards Section.
Yes, points cannot be redeemed for alcohol beverages, gift cards, merchandise, retail products, catering orders, private events, banquets, business purchases, or delivery orders.
Rewards are valid only on eligible purchases made through one of our restaurant locations and cannot be used across multiple transactions or exchanged for cash or cash equivalents. Once redeemed, the rewards value is non-refundable under any circumstances. Eligible purchases include food and non-alcoholic beverages. Purchases that do not qualify include those involving alcohol, gift cards, merchandise, retail products, catering orders, private events, banquets, business purchases, donations, delivery orders, taxes, and gratuities. Rewards may not be combined with other discounts or promotions, and only one reward can be used per visit. You must be 21 or older to redeem a reward. Accounts that remain inactive for 12 months will be deactivated, and all points and rewards will be forfeited. Members can earn up to 2,000 points per day. For purchases with discounts, points are earned only on the eligible amount after the discount is applied, excluding tax, gratuities, alcohol, and other ineligible items.
